Do you go to sleep at night and promise yourself in the morning you are going to make change, that you are going to eat a healthy meal, and get that work out in, no matter what? YES, OF COURSE YOU HAVE DONE THIS! and have you utterly failed to deliver?
Listen, I have done it a million times in my life. Especially when everything around me seemed out of control. The pressure we place on ourselves stems from our EGO. A negative default mechanism that our mind gives into because it is easier to be negative then to be happy. Shouldn't it be the opposite, shouldn't it be that we are just happy all the time? If it were easy we would all be so perfect. And clearly that doesn't exist, so let's focus on just being kind to our selves, and being ok with uncomfortable.
I want to thank you first for taking the time to check out my page, that tells me first that you already have an interest in finding sustainable health. That is truly awesome! Second I want to talk to you personally if I may?

If you read my About page then you got a little insight as to who I am, what I'm about, but there is so much more to me that I want to share with you so that you can hopefully relate to me and find commonality and maybe find inspiration to do something good for yourself!
While I am not proud to say that I have made many financial, relationship, professional work mistakes in my life I have to start there. It is important to share with you that one of the biggest pitfalls to health is feeling broke, sad, and powerless. Perfect recipe for self sabotage. I started my career so young and with that I had to learn the hard way how to navigate life and I 100% did some not so amazing things.
Not only did I have to clean up my life on things self inflicted, from lack of knowledge, age, and know how, I also had to endure several circumstances that where more or less out of my control. We all have our issues, we all have times where it seems impossible to keep on moving. Ughhh, just writing this now I can feel the pain I used to feel on several different occasions in my life. Something I have learned, is that THE PAIN is your FRIEND. Yes, PAIN... It is truly a catalyst to get up and MOVE!
For example when I was pregnant with my daughter, I had 3 miscarriages before she was conceived, buried my grandmother on the exact day I miscarried one baby, had spent the year in physical therapy due to a Mack truck rear ending me in my car, moved twice, all this in a short span of 9 months. I had zero clue on how to be a mother, zero idea how I was going to re-adjust my life, and zero clue where I was going to live and raise my daughter. As my husband and I lived a Nomadic lifestyle for so long we never really established roots. It was a scary time. I gained 55lbs while pregnant, meanwhile I am only 4'11. That is the equivalent to 100 on a petite frame.
There was only one way I could handle my life, it was to LIVE IN THE PAIN. So I did that, I embraced the pain, wrote in a journal weekly, sat still, cooked, discovered what I needed to change, failed, triumphed, cried, ate, then gave birth to my daughter.
I learned a Major Lesson. It does not Matter that I may have had failures professionally, & personally, it does not matter that I am not the Next Best Design star that I had so planned to be. I AM MOTHER. I was (am) a success. Our self worth is so delicate sometimes. We forget what our purpose in this life is. We place so much pressure to be a certain image that we loose ourselves. We have to Kick that EGO in the A**.
Motherhood is exhausting, confusing, challenging, beautiful, and life changing!
I am an advocate for Breast feeding, and whole food nutrition. A full time job, but one I accepted and honored.

I have discovered many things from this experience, #1. Weight doesn't just fall off because your nursing, in fact for many it sticks, and grows. #2. fatigue can take you down, #3. lack of self-care can deplete your love tank and relationships, #4. your nutrition is essential to success, #5. physical activity is key, all this for optimal post natal recovery, and sleep recovery.
You are a vessel for your child, your are a guide, a teacher. Wow, what a huge responsibility! Have you honored yourself yet? Maybe you have 2, 3,or 5 kids. Holly goodness you are amazing! If you haven't honored yourself, I honor you know...(insert round of applause here)! I truly mean it! Don't we deserve to still have a life while mothering?
It's not OK to give up yourself in order to parent! You need to be the best version of YOU in order to be the Best Mother! Primary Foods and Secondary Foods are Key! Relationships, Finances, Love, Work, and actual REAL WHOLE FOOD need to work together. You are not well if you just eat healthy. You can eat great and be suffering in so many other areas. Balance, the Yin & Yang really do need to work in the Life Cycle of your existence.
Weight loss is possible after childbirth & while nursing, but patients is the muscle you need to work on.
There is no one size fits all diet that will make you drop weight fast. We are all BIO -INDIVIDUAL, unique to one's self. With all the different options in the world, Vegan, Paleo, Keto, Atkins, High Carb, who can keep up? They all have great scientific research to back up why they are the best options, but that does not mean one in particular is right for everyone. What is going to work for you? How It Works:
6 Month Program $1,200.00 total
If you pay up front discounted rate of $900.00
Monthly installment payments $200.00
Prior to first Session you will receive a Health History Questionnaire, and we will have a 30 Minute phone session.
We will meet Bi-weekly in person for 1 hour sessions. Total 12 sessions, roughly 2 per month.
At the beginning I come to your home for a Pantry Clean out, and we hit the Market for healthy Shopping. Then hit the kitchen for Meal Prep Success. We eat and begin a deeper conversation about food.
We continue to meet both in person and Via. Phone to keep the motivation going. Our sessions are 100% confidential, and personally tailored to meet your needs. We will get you situated with easy to do at home workouts, meal prep success plans, gratitude journaling to keep your weekly motivation strong. Post - program support will continue even after the program is completed. But Guess What? Ultimately your success is really entirely up to you! I will hold you accountable, but you have to do the work!
